The Challenges
Gulf Innova was facing difficulties in managing the delivery of their clients with custom subscription plans, and keeping track of active, paused, and resume subscriptions. Moreover, they felt the need for a system to ensure timely delivery with accurate food preferences of subscribers.

Gulf Innova caters to customers with their food services, including food delivery. For this, they needed a holistic system that could manage their business subscriptions all smoothly and reduce manual labour.

Gulf Innova reached out to the team of experts at SubscriptionFlow for a customized subscription management solution. Finally, the team SubscriptionFlow came up with feasible solutions to automate the subscription-based business.
- To help Diet Plus ensure timely and accurate deliveries of subscribers’ plans, SubscriptionFlow provides them with a customized driver module. It contains all essential information ranging from assigned deliveries and areas.
- SubscriptionFlow provides them with a customized subscriber module to create and manage subscribers seamlessly.
- Automatic report generation that automatically assigns drivers against the subscription plan and emails it to the admin for usage.
We also provided them with invoice generation, transaction record-keeping, and manual subscriber creation with customized plans and prices, which automatically synchronize with the system. Besides, SubscriptionFlow also provides them with the button to either ‘suspend’ or ‘renew’ subscription plans for a subscriber.
Implementation
SubscriptionFlow conducted meetings with the client of Gulf Innova, Diet Plus. Our team provided them was a Driver Module. It allows them to add drivers along with significant information i.e. email, contact number, assigned area, etc. Furthermore, the admin can download the driver report and send it to the drivers regularly to get the delivery started.
Gulf Innova requested to retain the right to manually create subscribers, add 8-digit contact numbers, along with their billing and mailing address in a specific format, and define their subscription plan. To assist them in this quest, we provided them with a Customer Module and a Subscription Module. It contains all essential requirements with detailed forms that lessen the hassle for the admin while creating new subscribers. Additionally, every subscriber is assigned a unique number to ensure smooth delivery plans and prevent communication mix-ups. The module automatically creates a subscriber plan and assigns a driver and the admin can view the complete details of the customer by clicking on its name.
Looking Forward
The subscriptionFlow team conducted regular meetings with Gulf Innova and their client Diet Plus to ensure the subscription management, reporting, and workflow customization are up to their requirements. After the complete implementation of the system, they now manage everything on the SubscriptionFlow system.
