To make nasal hygiene as important as body hygiene, Dr. Hana R. Solomon launched Nasopure. It is a combination of buffered salt and a nasal cleansing solution. Collectively they are offering 7 product boxes with a quarterly subscription. They wanted a system that automatically records subscriptions, generates invoices against every subscriber after every three months and collects payments.

The Challenges
To offer 7 subscription boxes and serve globally, makes the subscription management, invoice generation, and payment collection from regional and local subscribers difficult. Nasopure contacted SubscriptionFlow to fight the following challenges:
- Since Nasopure is offering seven subscription boxes with a variety of products and prices, this made generating invoices for varied subscribers and keeping track of payments difficult. Besides, they were facing difficulty in charging subscribers with subscription plan downgrades or upgrades.
- Another challenge they faced was collecting payments from international subscribers and ensuring products are delivered to them recurrently.
- Lastly, They wanted to import data that was manually maintained by BeWell Health, LLC into the subscription system. Along with this, they wanted the system to charge the client in multiple currencies, and automatically adjust subscribers’ invoices whenever any change is made to their subscription plan.
Apart from the challenges mentioned above, they also faced difficulties with regular follow-ups, scheduled email communication, payment reminders, and dunning management.

After meetings and discussions, Nasopue put forth the following requirements to implement:
- A system that can keep the subscribers’ data updated and automatically generate invoices with proration.
- Payment gateway integration and automatic billing and payment collection in local currencies.
- An automated system for email, invoicing, and payment processing.

Implementation
To make the system agile for BeWell Health, LLC, in managing the subscription of Nasopure, the SubscriptionFlow team has made the customization and implementations.
The first is the ‘Product’ module. It contains every single detail associated with the subscription box offered by Nasopure. Team Nasopure can make any changes to the existing plans and also view their status.
In addition to the product page and plan management, we also provided them with a customized Hosted-Payment-Page. It includes all essential information related to the Subscription Box to which the subscriber has subscribed, the account information, billing, and shipping address. Since Nasopure is providing their subscription box to the global subscriber, we have integrated the payment gateway ‘Authorize.Net’ and customized the checkout page.
Before SubscriptionFlow implementation, Nasopure was manually managing the invoices, payment collection information, and managing subscribers manually. To reduce the efforts of the Nasopure team, we provided them with a customized ‘Invoice’ module. It allows them to keep track of all active, pending, and failed invoice requests. Using this module, they can manually send reminders and schedule follow-ups.
